Shenzhen Sunning Tension was founded in 2007, employs 100 to 120 people, exports 80 to 90 percent of what it builds, turns over USD 5–10 million a year, and has tooled 147 models across 13 product families.
Everything below is already tooled and already in production. Ex-works Shenzhen prices run from USD 0.69 for a braided cable to USD 33.99 for an embedded under-desk charger, and 326 of the 363 listings — 90% — have a minimum order of 200 pieces or fewer.

Counts are listings, not tooled models: the old platform published the same product up to seven times under different keyword titles. The rebuild consolidates 363 listings into 147 real models — the figure that matters when you are choosing a supplier.
Most suppliers you find on a B2B platform buy from a factory and resell to you. Sunntc is the factory, and these are the three places you feel the difference.
A trading company buys from a factory and resells to you, and that spread has to come from somewhere — usually your unit price, sometimes the bill of materials. Sunntc quotes from its own cost sheet. What you see is the ex-works price of a product we built.
Ask a reseller for a 2 mm thinner housing and you get a polite delay while they ask somebody else. We own the mould shop, so a shell change is a job on our own schedule — PVC tooling from USD 160 and about five working days, ABS from USD 1,600 and about fifteen.
The PCBA production workshop is ours, so incoming components, in-process boards and finished units are all inspected by people we employ, against a specification we hold. When something fails at goods-in we know which reel it came from, and we fix it before it becomes your problem.
Some factories sell their own brand alongside your order. That means their best tooling, their best line time and their newest ideas have somewhere else to go. We have never had a brand and we are not building one. Everything in this catalogue was built for somebody else, and the next thing we build is yours.
Three levels of customisation. Most buyers only need the first one, and it costs nothing but the artwork.
A printed logo on an already-tooled model carries no tooling cost and starts at a few dozen pieces; a shell mould of your own starts at USD 160 in PVC and about five working days.

Tooling time comes before production time, not inside it. And the mould rack holds hundreds of existing shapes — before you pay for tooling, ask; the shape you want may already be cut.
